The Tenth China-ASEAN Prosecutors-General Conference

The 10th China-ASEAN Prosecutors-General Conference was held in Vientiane of Lao PDR from November 8 to 12, 2016. Centered on the theme of "strengthening international cooperation, effectively combating transnational crime", the conference focused on the pressing issues of drug trafficking and human trafficking. Discussions highlighted the shared commitment of prosecution organs from participating countries to strengthen cooperation in addressing these crimes. About 100 delegates from the Chinese mainland, Hong Kong and Macao SARs and ASEAN member states attended the conference.
