The Attorney-General's Chambers of the Republic of Singapore and the Attorney General’s Office of the Republic of Indonesia have renewed their Memorandum of Understanding ("MoU") on Cooperation.
The MoU was signed by Mr Lucien Wong, Attorney-General of the Republic of Singapore, and Mr Sanitiar Burhanuddin, Attorney General of the Republic of Indonesia, and took effect on June 11, 2025.
The renewed MoU provides a framework for continued cooperation between both institutions across a wide range of activities, including the exchange of information on legislation, exchange of experiences and best practices, promotion of training and development, and enhancing awareness on applicable laws, procedures and policies.
The renewal of the MoU reflects the strong and friendly relationship between the two institutions, as well as the close ties between the Governments of Singapore and Indonesia.
