On Dec 1, participants of the Training Program for Mongolian Prosecutors, hosted by the Ministry of Commerce and organized by the National Prosecutors College of China, visited the Changping District People's Procuratorate in Beijing for an on-site teaching event. The delegation consisted of 20 prosecutors from Mongolia's Prosecutor General's Office and local prosecution services.

Accompanied by Yuan Yuchi, Acting Chief Prosecutor of the Changping District People's Procuratorate, the delegation visited the Digital Procuratorial Case Handling and Command Center. Through a real-time demonstration of the big data-based legal supervision model platform, procuratorial technical staff members showcased how vast and fragmented data can be transformed into systematic supervision clues.

The delegation then observed simulations of the "upstream-downstream" model focusing on specific criminal chains, as well as the applications of satellite remote sensing in expanding sources of clues and securing evidence for public interest litigation. These demonstrations highlighted how digital technologies are being deeply embedded throughout the procuratorial workflow.

During the symposium held after the visit, Yuan extended a warm welcome to the Mongolian delegation and expressed the hope that this exchange event would help deepen exchanges and cooperation between the procuratorial bodies of China and Mongolia and promote the rule of law and civilizational progress.
Zhang Wei, Director of the Digital Procuratorial Case Handling and Command Center, delivered a lecture on grassroots digital procuratorial practices. Using real cases, he illustrated the process from individual case handling to data modeling and supervision of similar cases, demonstrating the practical advantages of data-empowered procuratorial work.

Delegation members also discussed digital model development and personnel allocation for digital procuratorial teams. They explored innovative approaches to procuratorial work in the digital era.

The head of the Mongolian delegation, who is also a senior official of the Prosecutor General's Office of Mongolia, said the visit and exchanges were highly impressive and rewarding. He noted that the procuratorial systems of Mongolia and China share many commonalities, and that Changping's innovative practices and substantive achievements in digital procuratorial work offer important lessons. He expressed hope for strengthened bilateral cooperation in digital prosecution, and joint efforts to enhance quality and efficiency of procuratorial work.
