Qinghai Branch of National Prosecutors College of China　

The Qinghai Branch of the National Prosecutors College, operating under the People's Procuratorate of Qinghai Province, employs 5 staff members. Its primary role is to provide quality pre-service and on-the-job training for prosecutors throughout the province. Over the past three years, it has organized an average of 18 training courses annually, benefiting more than 900 trainees.

Faculty System

The college comprises a diverse group, including renowned legal experts and scholars, distinguished public prosecutors, accomplished case handlers and award-winning legal document specialists. Additionally, it includes experienced procuratorial practitioners and key professionals from six provincial-level regions including Beijing, providing counterpart assistance. 

Currently, the Qinghai Branch has engaged 133 individuals as part-time faculty members for training purposes.

Training Features

Diversified training forms: It enhances the professional skills of procuratorial personnel through online learning, specialized training, and knowledge competitions. Additionally, it conducts regular joint training sessions with public security agencies, procuratorates, and courts to align law enforcement with judicial practices, ensuring efficient and coordinated performance across political and legal units.

Regional characteristic courses: In view of the characteristics of judicial practice in Qinghai, the course design highlights themes such as national unity, stability maintenance, and protection of the Sanjiangyuan area, known as "China's water tower", and introduces experts from governments, universities and other institutions to give lectures, so as to enhance the professionalism and pertinence of the training.

Sufficient resource sharing: As an aided unit, it enhances knowledge sharing, standardized case handling and improves training quality through cross-branch assistance, thereby boosting the training capacity and development of the Qinghai Branch. 

Combination of theory and practice in teaching: It offers theoretical courses, debate simulation courses, on-site teaching courses, education on the history of revolution, etc. Among them, the on-site teaching of public interest litigation on naked carp breeding and the on-site teaching at the Xihai town in Haibei prefecture are high-quality and prominent.

College Location and Facilities

The Qinghai Branch of the National Prosecutors College is located at No. 19 Yongjun Road, Dapuzi town, Chengbei district, Xining city. Spanning an area of 50 mu (3.33 hectares), it features over 15,000 square meters of facilities. The college includes two 72-seat classrooms, four conference and discussion rooms for 20 people each, one electronic reading room, a book reading room, a 200-seat student restaurant and a dormitory with 80 standard rooms, accommodating up to 140 trainees. Additionally, it offers sports and fitness facilities such as a football field and a plastic track, and has more than 8,000 square meters of green space, with a quiet environment.
