The National Prosecutors College, which is affiliated with the Supreme People's Procuratorate (SPP) of China, is a specialized institution for training high-level procuratorial professionals and serves as the primary channel and main platform for procuratorial education and training.
Equipped with advanced facilities, the college served as an official reception venue for both the World Horticultural Exposition and the Winter Olympic Games.
Focusing closely on the new requirements and challenges of procuratorial services in the new era, the branch has established a diversified training system with political training as the foundation, professional training as the core, and competency-based training as support.
The branch strives to promote the standardization, specialization, and professionalization of prosecutorial education and training, providing strong talent support and intellectual resources for the high-quality development of the prosecutorial cause in the new era.
In January 2012, the branch became the first national bilingual training base among procuratorial organs, with the launch of the "National Procuratorial Organs' Mongolian-Chinese Bilingual Training Base."
The branch has successfully hosted major programs and academic events, including the 13th National Training Course for Grassroots Procuratorate Chiefs, the Seminar on Procuratorial Research and Guidance, and the 30th Annual Conference of the Chinese Society of Criminology.
In 2015, it was designated by the Supreme People's Procuratorate as a "National Specialized Training Base for Duty Crime Investigation" — one of the first three such bases nationwide.
The branch adheres to the philosophy of cultivating high-quality procuratorial talent and has refined a unique training style that reflects the essence of Heilongjiang province through teaching practice.
