The Dalian Branch of the National Prosecutors College of China was approved for establishment by the Supreme People's Procuratorate in December 2010 and officially unveiled in June 2012.

Superior Infrastructure and Ideal Location

Situated at No. 23, Jinshitan Central Avenue, Jinpu New District, Dalian, the Dalian Branch spans over 20,000 square meters and a building area of nearly 17,000 square meters. 

The campus includes student and expert dormitories, multifunctional conference halls, a library, and a fitness center, accommodating up to 150 participants on educational and academic exchange programs. The Dalian Branch of the People's Prosecution Museum of China, located in Lyushunkou District, serves as a dedicated teaching base. It plays a vital role in "inheriting prosecutorial culture, promoting the prosecutorial spirit, honoring past pioneers, and educating future generations."

Strong Faculty and Diverse Curriculum

The Dalian Branch boasts a robust and dynamic teaching team. The faculty team draws from the teaching pool of the National Prosecutors College while also engaging distinguished part-time lecturers and visiting professors from various disciplines.

The teaching staff includes prosecutorial experts as well as renowned scholars in political science, economics, and the humanities. The curriculum covers a broad spectrum, including Party theory education, prosecutorial competence development, knowledge enhancement, and capacity building.

Training programs adopt a variety of distinctive methods such as case-based, simulation, and situational teaching, as well as flexible course designs. The branch has successfully hosted major programs and academic events, including the 13th National Training Course for Grassroots Procuratorate Chiefs, the Seminar on Procuratorial Research and Guidance, and the 30th Annual Conference of the Chinese Society of Criminology.

Outstanding Teaching Outcomes

With a focus on prosecutorial characteristics and practical training, the branch has provided systematic education for leaders, backbone personnel, young prosecutors, and various other professionals from across the national procuratorial system. It aims to serve as a cradle for high-level prosecutorial talent, a hub for academic exchange, and a center for hands-on training.

In addition to offering high-quality training for the procuratorial system, the Dalian Branch also provides law-related professional training for civil servants and personnel from public institutions and enterprises. Its professional services and contributions to talent development have earned widespread recognition and acclaim from all sectors of society.
