The Shandong Branch of the National Prosecutors College of China, also known as the Shandong Prosecutors Training Institute, is located in Jinan, and serves as the core training base for prosecutors in Shandong Province.
Established in 2004, the branch is a public institution under the Shandong Provincial People's Procuratorate. In 2017, it was designated as a National Specialized Training Base for Prosecutorial Technology and Information, and has been recognized as a Provincial Civilized Institution for 18 consecutive years.
The branch operates under a "one institute with three campuses" structure, with its main campus in Jinan and three municipal campuses in Qingdao, Linyi and Liaocheng. The Linyi campus is also approved by the Supreme People's Procuratorate as a national training base for judicial police. The main campus covers an area of 50 mu (approximately 33,000 square meters) and is fully equipped with modern teaching, accommodation, sports and cultural facilities, providing comprehensive support for intensive and modular training.
Relying on a high-caliber faculty team composed of legal experts, senior officials and frontline prosecutors, the branch has developed a rich repository of recorded courses and actively transforms national and provincial guiding cases into teaching materials. It also integrates practical training through field-based teaching routes in Linyi and Zhangqiu, focusing on Party discipline education, rural revitalization and social governance, combining "experience, interaction, discussion and integration" to strengthen political commitment and professional competence.
With its strong academic capacity, advanced infrastructure and innovative training model, the Shandong Branch remains committed to fostering high-quality prosecutorial personnel and advancing the modernization of legal education and judicial practice.
