The Guizhou Branch has a diverse and qualified faculty. Through six rounds of course selection, the branch has developed over 600 courses, with 121 recognized as high-quality programs. It has fostered a faculty team of procuratorial experts, experienced prosecutors, and specialists in digital prosecution. The Guizhou Branch boasts extensive training experience. In terms of education and training models, it has continuously innovated its approaches by implementing a distinctive "1+2+3" training model. The model includes 1 lecture on innovative theoretical learning, 2 tests for enrollment and graduation, and 3 types of experts, namely, renowned legal scholars, procuratorial specialists, and digital procuratorial professionals to enrich classroom teaching. This emphasis on specialized and distinctive development has enabled the branch to successfully fulfill teaching and support tasks for key training programs commissioned by government departments including the Ministry of Public Security, the Ministry of Finance, the State Administration for Market Regulation, and the All-China Women's Federation as well as various national procuratorial training initiatives. In recent years, it has organized 223 training sessions for 21,920 trainees. Additionally, in order to meet the practical needs such as criminal prosecution, juvenile judicial protection, and prosecutor-school collaboration, the Guizhou Branch has conducted a series of thematic and joint training programs, effectively promoting the development of a legal professional community and the integration of judicial concepts.

Guizhou's rich natural, cultural, and digital resources provide distinctive advantages for the branch as well. Leveraging its status as a hub for big data, the branch offers courses on digital prosecution and has become a national demonstration base in this field. It also integrates red culture, Yangming culture, and big data exhibitions into study programs, offering participants a unique Guizhou training experience and enriching China–ASEAN cooperation.
