The Sichuan Branch of the National Prosecutors College of China (hereinafter referred to as the Sichuan Branch) is located at No. 225 Lushan Avenue, Tianfu New Area, Chengdu, Sichuan province. Spanning 130 mu (approximately 8.67 hectares), it has a comprehensive teaching building, student apartment buildings, as well as cultural and sports facilities such as a book bar, a gym, a table tennis room and an outdoor sports field.

Since its inception in 2011, the branch has undertaken educational and training programs for over 10,000 prosecutorial personnel in Sichuan. In recent years, the branch has prioritized strengthening the political commitment and legal supervision capacity of prosecutors, while enhancing the overall effectiveness of prosecutorial education and training.

The branch sets its curriculum with scientific precision, applies strict standards in faculty recruitment, and standardizes teaching management. It promotes political education, ideological development, professional skills, and practical training in an integrated manner. Upholding the principle of combining theory with practice, it actively advances education reform, strengthens institutional building, and explores new models of procuratorial training with Sichuan characteristics, providing strong support for the modernization of prosecutorial work in the province.

Key Strengths:

I. Curriculum and Faculty Development

· With an emphasis on building an autonomous Chinese prosecutorial knowledge system, the branch has developed over 100 cutting-edge courses covering both the theoretical and practical aspects of prosecutorial work.

· It has established a faculty team of 100 distinguished prosecutorial instructors, bringing together renowned academics and practitioners with strong theoretical expertise, extensive frontline experience, and exceptional teaching skills.

II. Innovative Training Models

· Thirty on-site teaching demonstration bases have been established, spanning six categories: the four major prosecutorial functions (criminal, civil, administrative and public interest litigation), anti-corruption culture, and patriotic education.

· These regionally themed bases offer immersive and interactive learning experiences that are closely aligned with training objectives, and have become a benchmark for prosecutorial education.

III. International Engagement

· Under the guidance of the International Cooperation Bureau of the Supreme People's Procuratorate and the Sichuan Provincial People's Procuratorate, the branch has successfully hosted major events, including the 8th Macao Special Administrative Region Prosecutors' National Conditions Study Class (2019) and the Nepalese Prosecutors' Delegation Study Program (2025).

· Programs highlight China's prosecutorial reforms and public interest litigation, with interactive sessions on combating emerging crimes, legal application, and cross-border judicial collaboration, earning wide recognition for their impact.

Beyond standardized training, the branch leverages Sichuan's rich historical and cultural resources to offer site-based learning. These programs help both domestic and international legal professionals to update judicial concepts, refine practical skills, and gain deeper insight into the proactive role and remarkable contributions of Chinese prosecutorial organs in protecting public interests and enhancing social governance.
